5/8/08 – The Cadster diversion .

I have been asked, on more than a few occasions recently, if the diversion would have to be used for the 2008 race. I’m afraid that we are lumbered with it for at least another year. I am told by the Highway Authority that the proposal to add Cadster Lane to the definitive map, thus making it a right of way (I hope that I have the technicalities correct), has been listed for consideration. This will take place either late this year or early next year. Watch this space!!
